I had a spa day with my mom here a month ago. It was so special. The ladies who took care of us were professional and accomodating. We had our service begin with a cup of tea, and then a hand massage, foot massage and bath, and then into our rooms for a full massage. We also got to take showers before our full massage (but after the foot massage) which I liked. We were very spoiled. The ambiance here is tranquil. This is the perfect place to unwind, and you will leave a new person (or at least a very refreshed one).

Wonderful spa experience! I had an oxygen facial with Monique and she was super knowledgeable, friendly, and my skin is glowing! I’ll be sure to revisit every time I come back to Seattle

My favorite therapists (3 of them) are all gone, and in the 3 years I've been coming here, they've cycled through at least 8-9 people at reception. It doesn't seem staff retention is a priority, which makes me wonder how well folks are paid here. The cost of services certainly would allow for some decent pay-scales, but the main changes I've seen over time are the faces.... That said, the practitioners themselves are always professional, and I emerge feeling refreshed and well-worked.
