Always clean, always open in time, good reception girls very friendly, always all machines are working, don't have any disrespectful broken towels and other. Only missing soft robes for complete happiness ? I wish tropical tan had everywhere the same service as in this location .

10/10 would recommend! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I was taken care of and ensured that I didn't fry myself trying to get tan for a wedding. Nathan (District Manager) also went above and beyond to resolve an issue that came up with billing that was NOT their fault. As someone who also works in the sales/customer service industry, I really appreciated the lengths he went to both communication and also resolution of the issue. Thanks guys!
