Quick and very good at communicating. They were fantastic at diagnosing a hardware issue with an upgrade on my computer. Price for labor and parts was reasonable, and Matt was very good at communicating what steps he was taking to resolve the issue.

Our old computer still had Windows 7 so we finally (!) ordered a new HP then had to find someone to install. My weight trainer mentioned Matt who works in the same building. Matt had helped with my trainer's computer needs previously. I was very impressed with Matt's responsiveness, desire to help, attentiveness to my many questions, and willingness to overcome some obstacles to get the new computer running smoothly but also to make the old one more functional so we can use it as a back-up, if needed. His caring & kind demeanor was refreshing as well as his knowledge & professionalism. I would highly recommend Matt for your computer hiccups or installs. Thanks, Matt!!!

Nick was excellent. I'd go back. I had a hacking malware situation and over the phone /remotely they cleaned up my computer for a good price about 100.--an easy fast thorough experience.
