I’ve received a refund and have adjusted my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. All of the following up (more than 3 weeks) to reach a resolution was stressful, but I am OK with how things have turned out now.

Yesterday Trisha apologized and sent me an estimate for repair work, but no sewer scope video to confirm the conditions described. She also offered me a refund but my bank doesn’t do Zelle. Be careful you get everything you need from her before you pay! We hired Trish to reline our ancient clay sewer pipe that’s been backing up frequently into our basement. Her team got it done quickly, ended up fixing part of our gutter drainage as well, and we haven’t had any problems so far. She was communicative and great to work with during the project. However, we ended on a bit of an unfortunate note - as soon as we gave her the check, she disappeared. I never got a final invoice or any proof of inspection. WOW !! wow! wow!!! Trisha was amazing! Totally knows what she is doing! She hydro jetted the side sewer here (with a camera) and cleared with line quickly, effectively and at a fair price. Reliable, competent, honest ( and a very nice person). I will be recommending her.
