Visited with several of my girlfriends using the Spa Pass 5, which gave us two hours in the ladies spa. It was the perfect amount of time to unwind, recharge, and enjoy a beautiful environment. The rate was reasonable, the facility was clean and serene, and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. We all left feeling relaxed and restored. Highly recommend for any woman who needs well-deserved self-care and a reminder to slow down.

I always love my time at the ladies room. It is a perfect afternoon of relaxation and so fairly priced. The experience is so intentional and is always the highlight of my week when I go.

2025 Update: The spa music has improved a ton on a revisit and quiet rules are much better enforced. I'm updating my rating to 5 stars. This is a wonderful place to relax in the cold Seattle months.
Old review from maybe 2023: They play muzak on horrible quality speakers throughout the spa space. It's really unfortunate this place doesn't keep their commitment to silence because this experience would be a 5/5 otherwise. As it stands, I left with a headache. (They do provide earplugs but earplugs don't block out all noise and they definitely don't block out the speakers.)
