I was a customer when I lived in the area, but moved some time ago. I would have remained with them had I not moved. Their service was exemplary. What motivated me at this point to give them a review is the way they handled a credit that I had on my account of which I was unaware. They contacted me recently and mailed me a check for the credit. I was very impressed with their integrity in handling this.
Dr. Kaur and her staff got me in at the last minute at the end of the day for an exam when I began experiencing some vision issues. She and Robin kept the office open for me after business hours to perform a thorough exam. They were thorough, professional, and empathetic. This is one of the best optometry practices I have ever encountered.
