I had a great experience getting my flat tire fixed. Roadside assistance came to my house to put a loaner tire and take my flat. The next day, I went to the service center to get my repaired tire reinstalled. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The waiting room is nice too. Overall pleasant experience.

I had two times great experience at Tesla Service Seattle SODO. Special thanks to Supervisor Parise Martin — he is extremely patient, professional, and always greets every customer with a warm smile. Even though my English is not very strong, he understood my issues quickly and helped me right away.
I truly appreciate his outstanding service and hope more staff can follow his example. Highly recommend this service center!
After the contactless drop-off, I returned to my car and found a small WeChat greeting card. On a rainy Seattle day, that little touch brought a lot of warmth.
