Absolutely the best. I’ve been seeing Sydney regularly for years, and I genuinely believe it’s why I’m aging better than my peers. She listens closely and truly cares. Her deep understanding of the human body helps address aches and pains, and the weekly nervous system reset has become a non-negotiable part of my routine.
Sydney is, bar none, the best massage therapist I've been to. She's incredibly in tune with listening to patients' bodies and translating that into a fantastic massage. I've been a patient of hers for years now and will continue to come back!
Abbie was AWESOME! Everything about the experience was relaxing and healing. From the moment you enter the space, it’s warm, cozy and inviting. Her voice is so soothing as she talks through your focus for the massage. She did a great job checking in with me, applying the deep pressure I was looking for, and focusing on my problem areas. She even incorporated some cupping and traction, which really helped. I felt so great leaving this massage. Highly recommend!
