Looked into getting a medical exemption for a very personal reason and Dr Uppal made me feel extremely invalidated and acted as if she had never handled a medical exemption request in her life. It was humiliating and I will be finding a more knowledgeable and compassionate primary care Dr.

I've had some efficient visits at this clinic. But more recently, I went in to get a referral to a specialist. They didn't warn me that this would have very little coverage due to my deductible - and furthermore, this $250+ visit for a referral failed to catch my ectopic pregnancy which a quick pregnancy test would have - and I ended up in ER a week later. I also later learned that my insurance doesn't require referrals to see specialists. So, not thrilled.

I was a patient of Dr Olson until he moved on. In his annoucment letter, it said to call the office (Ravenna) for assistance. I was unlucky to have someone answer my call. She was the fastest talking person who just wanted to get me off the phone asap. Terrible customer service and rude. If you wanted to be treated like no one cares, go this place. Otherwise it's not worth a visit or phone call. I would give no stars but can't.
