i am a complicated patient i will admit with how many appointments i have missed over the years…however the front desk staff is VERY rude! i was shocked at how unprofessional they were and i am a young patient so i can’t imagine how they are with older patients who don’t know how to articulate what they need clearly! i work in healthcare and i am very disappointed at how rude their front desk staff is and i have talked to 2 different people! this clinic must be short staffed or something because the people i have talked to clearly need to be reprimanded for this behavior.

this hospital will sit there and watch people have seizures and do nothing to help them or save them. this hospital is going to kill someone

yesterday, after hours of severe asthma on top of fluid in my lungs and chest pain, i made it to the issaquah emergency room. i went in saying i can’t breathe. if someone says they can’t breathe and they’re in an emergency room, shouldn’t that person be taken straight to the back to be treated and handle admin questions when the person CAN breathe?? after saying i can’t breathe a million times and coughing my brains out, barely making it through answering my phone number, giving ID and insurance, I GET ASKED WHAT MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS!!!!! security was more on top of me than anyone healthcare related. i was treated like an alien. people go into healthcare to HELP PEOPLE and then completely lose the plot. then, i went to urgent care and still had to make an appointment (which is messed up) but my heart rate was at nearly 300 bpm still. i still cannot believe how absolutely garbage my experience here was. y’all should remove the red emergency department sign from outside your building because it’s an absolute lie. when my partner called around for emergency departments, i guess it’s well known that the issaquah ER is actually for appointments and to go to bellevue. even the website for providence swedish doesn’t use public reviews, just reviews from happy patients. disgusting.
