I called them at 11 and Al showed up at 2pm. He explained the 2 possibilities why the dishwasher clogged (with 2in of water, despite cleaning the filter). He took the pump out and the bottom parts of the dishwasher, explained to my bf what he was doing, then determined that the drain line that goes behind the wall is clogged. So I need a plumber. He explained it's best to re plumb the drain line into the garbage disposal. So that's what I'll do! It wasn't cheap for 30min of service but it was worth it! Will use them again for sure (and ask for Big Al! He's like 7 ft tall!)
I have a Bertazzoni oven that we were having trouble with (shattered front pane, faulty burner, trouble starting, bad gasket, etc.). Between us misordering parts and a staggered arrival time of different pieces, Big Al had to come out to the house three different times. That willingness to make the trip multiple times (at no incremental cost) such that we could have the oven back up and running sooner than later demonstrates Al's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Also, great and rapid communication was a big plus. Would highly recommend.
I called right as they were closing and we got an appointment for the next day which shocked me. Most places make you wait at least a week so that was awesome! Next, Dimitri resolved our issue quickly and without any delay. Friendly and very knowledgeable were my husband's words. We are very happy and unfortunately need him back again for our brand new LG Washer which stopped because of a PE Code We are confident that Dimitri will have it working in no time at all
