i've gotten sugared here for almost two years and i absolutely love the customer service and care here! i always go with libby as my waxer and she's always so wonderful. it's also very clean inside the lobby and treatment rooms and bathrooms.
I had the best experience ever with Steph! Her technique was absolutely pain-free & she talked me through the entire process as a first-timer, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!!
Everyone here is so friendly. They are as gentle as they can be and even offer cold stones to help with the pain. They make chit chat to help distract as well and the prices are pretty decent. They have a referral program so if your friends go tell them they referred you!
