I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Stability Health Center. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism and assurance that we would find out how to move forward with the pain and accompanying anxiety I was experiencing from my neck/shoulder pain (acute then, but constant for years). The entire staff was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable right away while I was in what felt like a very scary, non-reversible situation with my neck. Dr. Favreau is exceptional. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what he does, but he also took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the treatment plan - his/their holistic approach to chiropractic care is refreshing as well as comforting for someone who was anxious about 'going to the chiropractor' and I felt confident in the expertise of the team who take such good care of me and truly work together. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my mobility and overall well-being. The adjustments were gentle yet effective, and they also taught me how to take care of my body on my own time. Just... sort of incredible to have a practitioner/group that wants you to succeed by changing your habits and your mindset about things. I just always assumed I would be in some sort of pain once a month or so, but they start at the root of the problem and then work outwards. It takes time, but you can retrain your thinking and your body with this kind of help and encouragement. I would be remiss to not mention Dr Mark and Veronica as invaluable assets to this group: their care, humor and instructions for going forward with in-clinic and home care treatment taught me so much. SO much. I sound like a fan girl, but my life and the way I feel every morning when I wake up has improved so much and I am I grateful for their care and true desire to improve each patient's lives going forward - not just when they are in the clinic.
