Practitioners can hone in on very subtle, small areas that release bigger ones, providing reprieve from stuck spots and persistent pain points. The work helps clients feel the entire length and shape of their body, leaving them feeling more grounded and blissed out. The care is transformative and supportive, with a focus on customization for specific needs, including scar tissue work and lymphatic massage. Sessions are accommodating and can include helpful guidance for between appointments. Clients describe feeling held from the moment they enter, walking away with improvement and feeling more pleasantly in their body. The experience is a phenomenal addition to a care team, leading to strong recommendations and repeat visits.

Tasha is an incredibly skilled body worker. Her style is both mechanically knowledgeable and intuitive. I have seen many great body workers over the years and came to Tasha specifically for scar tissue work after gender affirming top surgery. Her support in that area has been key to my healing process and to acclimating to my new body. I liked her work so much I now come back for general body work. Some things I love about Tasha's style are that: she can hone in on very subtle small areas that release bigger areas, she then also helps me feel the entire length and shape of my body. I walk away feeling reprieve from stuck spots and more grounded as a whole.
Tasha approaches her work with such care that you feel held from the moment you enter into conversation with her. I was lucky to participate in a 4-session case study for lymphatic massage and was blown away by how transformative it was. These seemingly micro movements left me feeling blissed out in a way that was hard to wrap my mind around and I saw near immediate improvement in the amount of headaches I was getting, I felt more (pleasantly) in my body than I had in a long time and really enjoyed the customization of each session. I look forward to working with Tasha again in the future and would strongly encourage everyone to try lymphatic massage.
