I've used Simply Clean for two separate projects and both were handled perfectly.

The first was a deep clean on a property I just bought. The oven had a stubborn issue left by the previous owner that couldn't be fully cleaned, and instead of just charging for the attempt, the crew added a cabinet cleaning to offset the cost. I really appreciated that kind of fair, common-sense approach. Their attention to detail was excellent throughout — down to cleaning all the window trim — and the house felt brand new when they finished.

First cleaning with Simply Clean Seattle and Katia & Tony were great. Everything was actually clean. They didn't skip anything, and stuff my previous cleaner hadn't touched in months finally got addressed. Easy communication, love how proactively feedback is collected.

Lera and Ilia came over and did a fantastic job of cleaning my place and I look forward to them coming over again. I am a person that has a hard time forcing myself to clean and dust and when they came over and cleaned my place and when I came home it was like I walked into a new apartment.
