Sierra has been a fantastically intuitive and talented body work practitioner over the years. What is special about her is she truly listens to what the root of the problem is, whether times I couldn’t move my neck at all or I am carrying emotional stress, and has a myriad of tools to help alleviate and support. It is rare to find someone like Sierra and there have been sessions with her where after just one, my pain has subsided, or I’ve had an epiphany emotionally. I’ve referred her to friends and family. She is a gem!

Sierra is a very knowledgeable practitioner of serious deep tissue massage. My experience with her began one day when I had strained my arm and could not lift it above my head. In just one session, she was able to loosen up my muscles and restore complete mobility almost immediately! Her work really shines with chronic issues that require regular attention. She intuitively finds the areas of your body that are most in need of relief; even when you aren't sure yourself, she will quickly locate the root cause of your pain and discomfort. That is the mark of deep healing knowledge applied by an expert!

Bodywork from Sierra is an important part of my self-care. She has a many different techniques she uses, many years of experience, and excellent intuition. She is able to find the root cause of what is going on and find the right kind of bodywork to relieve the pain or stress in the body. She has done work that has restored my body from too much sitting, reduced the impact of my chronic scoliosis, as well as helping me heal my injuries after a fall. She is a highly skilled and effective healer.

Sierra is a true master! I feel completely cared for when attending. I get the sense she is deeply attuned to the needs of her clients. Highly recommend.

Sierra is a superb therapist! She knows her work and listens to your body with her hands. She cured my jaw pop and has really helped me recover from back surgery. Not your typical massage, but Sierra will tailor her therapy to your needs. I highly recommend Sierra for the healing touch!

Sierra can sense just what you are needing in that moment, even if you can’t verbalize it. She knows just how to follow a line of tension and work out the knots. I come out of there feeling better, walking better, it’s an awesome experience. I no longer live in the area, but when I come to town I make a point to book a massage with Sierra if I have the opportunity!

I found Sierra while googling tons and tons of places in North East Seattle that had a same day appointment because my neck and shoulder were screaming at me.

She got me in that evening, and thankfully it was Friday!

I'm not sure I've ever had an LMT as kind and open as Sierra.

We have a great rapport, and I trust that Sierra will listen if I ask for different pressure, or to move 2 centimeters to the left.

I've been going almost every week for 8 weeks or so, and every time, I leave a little better.

Since I have chronic issues, I'll definitely be seeing her at least every other week, but for now, weekly visits keep my pain manageable.

Sierra cares deeply about recovery, has always asked if what she is doing feels ok, and makes sure I'm comfortable in pretty much every way.

The last visit I had, she was also kind enough to move my appointment up, as I had had a very stressful day at work, and after that session, I felt SO much better. We did a lot of deep work, and I appreciate Sierra's willingness to work with me on whatever issues I'm having that day.
