Stan is who I see when my body and mind need a reboot. Shiatsu by Stan has been my secret weapon for the past couple of years. I have tried a variety of self care treatments, but this has worked best for managing my ebbs and flows of pain.
What an incredible experience! Stan was so knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why throughout the session. It was fascinating to note the changes in my body by the end of the session and following days. I love that I was given detailed instructions on things I can do on my own at home. I look forward to future maintenance sessions with Stan!
Had my first-ever shiatsu session at Sennin-so Shiatsu with Stan Shimizu, and it was an excellent experience. I not only felt noticeably better afterward, but I also learned a lot—both about shiatsu as a modality and about my own body. Stan does a great job educating throughout the session in a very common-sense, simple, easy-to-understand way. I really appreciated that combination of skill + clear explanation.
