I was greeted and checked in at the desk, and Therapist Julia came and introduced herself. Her diagnostic evaluation and explanation of exercises was excellent. She provided me with a link to excel and my scheduled therapy sessions going forward. I couldn’t ask for better treatment and care.
Brittany is outstanding. She communicates clearly and really appreciates the recovery process and how it may differ for each individual at various stages of life. As a result of her skill she's difficult to book, but if you can figure out how to make an appointment, I highly recommend her.
Initially I had an issue with the reception desk trying to schedule an appointment. The owner contacted me personally and made it right. I was able to come asap and get immediate relief for my postpartum pain. I worked with 3 different PTs - all of them were approachable and knowledgeable. I thought my appointments with pelvic floor specialist were most useful. Thanks!
