I've been a long time client of Rudy's for many years and have always had a great experience and cut, however, this last time was so bad that I will never go back. My stylists name was Wendy, she didn't do what I asked, and I left feeling embarrassed about my look. I even saw her out after my cut and expressed my concern to her in a nice way, only to find out later that I was black listed from Rudy's, the next time I tried to book an appointment. Overall just disappointed with all of it. Major disappointment.

Got an excellent haircut from Wendy! She listened carefully to what I was asking for then asked questions to ensure she got it just right. At the end she took the time to put all the finishing touches in to ensure I was satisfied. Will definitely be back!

Got a haircut from Corey today. I explained what I wanted and it somehow ended up way shorter, and the fade is super uneven. Sure, I could go back to get it fixed but I'd be practically bald by the time it's cut evenly. For one of their senior stylists and $60 I really expected better. Won't be back.
