My sweet 6yo cat Olive had never really had any experiences at the vet until she ended up needing a very extensive surgery to remove some tumors in her mammary glands. I did a lot of research having never seen any vets in the Seattle area before and eventually chose Rainier for Olive's care. The whole team treated her (and me!) with such kindness and they are always excited to see her, and they were very clear and informative about her prognosis, the surgery recovery process, and the next steps we should take if the tumors ended up being cancer. I love Rainier Vet and cannot say enough good things about them. The staff is so kind and attentive, and very thorough. I always know that my dog will be in amazing care with them. From puppyhood to 8 years later and several hospital stays and procedures, they have always come through for us. My dog loves going!. Thank you for being a trusted resource for our family.
They got my dog in pretty quickly when I needed a more urgent appointment and everyone was so nice and welcoming from the front desk to the doctor. My dog has very high energy and everyone was good with him especially the doctor. The doctors presence almost seemed to calm my dog down and gave us a great experience and calmed our worries. I will definitely be bringing my animals here now.
