I took my medium-coat cat in for a nail trim and to shave out a mat (first one she’s ever had) as a walk-in. I was nervous since she’s been labeled as difficult by the vet, but they handled her like a pro, took care of her, and were so nice and professional. It put both me and my cat at ease and she was really good in their care. Super quick too. I’m so grateful to them and will be bringing her back!!
Great experience, my cat needed a nail trim since her dewclaw was ingrown and would've been infected if not dealt with. The staff was friendly and efficient and gave me advice on what to buy to trim her nails in the future. $10 was much better than the quoted $125+ from the vet for the same issue
I take my prize Yorkie here every month like clockwork. Staff is courteous, great with the animals, and take direction very well. Almost always my pup looks exactly as I'd hoped.
