I purchased kitchen and bath cabinets from Phinney Ridge Cabinet Company in 2018. One slide-out mechanism for trash and recycling receptacles was damaged, probably by me, since I’m always rough on everything because I’m a klutz. The owner himself came out to my place and repaired it, gratis. He also gave me new receptacles, gratis. It’s really true what the company promises, which is a lifetime warranty. The staff are great and the products are solid and attractive. It’s really satisfying to do business with a small, local company that truly delivers.
We’re just wrapping up a project with Phinney Cabinets on our kitchen and had the absolute best experience. We worked with Katelyn who’s been incredible. She really went above and beyond in all aspects and we are so happy with her design and our new cabinets. Going in, I wasn’t sure how working with a more boutique cabinet shop would be different than a bigger retailer - now I know! They exceeded all my expectations. Don’t hesitate to go with them!
We've had a 10/10 experience with the team at Phinney Ridge. We remodeled our entire kitchen and they were so helpful with design, material decisions and installer recommendations. Both Tims are incredibly kind, responsive and super supportive and communicative when we ran into any issues. Can't recommend working with them enough!
