I struggled to find a quality barber nearby until I discovered Rain City Barbershop. They absolutely delivered—great vibes, a super cool team, and a clean, sharp cut. Chris did an outstanding job. It felt like I’d been going there for years.
The proprietor, Percy, has been cutting my hair on and off for a couple of years now, since the original name of the place was Confiance, prior to the Rain City name change.
Percy never forgets a style or the quirks and individual needs of a specific hair type. He manages to shape and manage my most difficult cowlicks into something that looks great.
He just rescued a terrible cut I received a few weeks prior from another barber shop (He was booked up and I was desperate). I'm REALLY happy with the result.

I had the best haircut in decades here today, and it was fast, affordable, and miles ahead of the normal $80 disappointment I’m used to at the big R.
This is my new go to.
