I had a really great experience here. Sawako was incredibly kind and understanding when I ran into an issue with my purchase because of my mistake. She took the time to listen and was willing to help me with a refund, even though it wasn’t something she had to do. I really appreciated how patient and thoughtful she was throughout the whole process.
