We were so fortunate to find Suzanne (Pampered Parrot). We had had a bad experience boarding our little guy Kiki (cockatiel) and were concerned about leaving him. She set us at ease immediately. She is a gentle, loving human being. Kiki took to her immediately. She kept us apprised of his stay with pictures and updates which we appreciated so much. I am preparing her organic rice pilaf for him and he loves the toys she recommended. She truly knows and loves birds. We plan to leave Kiki with Suzanne again when we travel next year. I give her the highest recommendation.
