    I had a very positive experience at Pacific Vision Care Center. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the one star reviews on Yelp before going to my appt. I'm happy to report that Dr. Chien was efficient, helpful, and the receptionist was very friendly as well. There was none of what is described in the one star reviews. I was evaluated for a new contact prescription and glasses prescription. I had not double checked what brand of contact lens I wanted to get my prescription for. Since I wasn't sure, I guessed Coopervision but I told Dr. Chien I wasn't sure. He said if I let him know what I actually wanted within 30 days, he would change the prescription... read full review

    The doctor & receptionists are so sweet. I do not wear glasses, but my son was flagged at school for potentially needing them. When the doctor administered his exam, he told me that my son did need glasses and explained his condition to me; he even had a comparison chart to explain what astigmatism makes the world look like. I went in knowing nothing about vision challenges, and the team was non-judgmental and extremely helpful. And, when my son broke his glasses a few months later, they replaced them for free!
