I cracked a couple of ribs which was very painful and through involuntary over-compensation, was impacting upon my posture and mobility. Dr Raul and Aaron helped my recovery to such an extent that I seriously suspect that without their care, I would be in serious trouble. I absolutely dreaded my initial appointment but very quickly started looking forward to my sessions at ORCA. The combination of physio from Dr R and exercises with Aaron rapidly improved my condition, and I am really appreciative of the caring and friendly atmosphere in which my treatment was conducted. 100 percent recommended. Erica on reception is also awesome.

Highly recommend Orcs for any injury - sports or otherwise. I came in with an ankle stress fracture, and Dr Raul identified the root cause (low glute strength) and through PT I have not only recovered from the break, but gotten stronger and improved my form. Everyone in the office is so nice too - it is a pleasure to come to appointments

Dr Tello at Orca Wellness is an excellent multi faceted PT/Chiropractic professional. He’s very thorough and great manner to get to the root cause and get you back on your feet as quickly as possible.
