If I could I would have given a negative value since a one star is too high!There’s NO service to rate!
I have made several trips to Olympic View Optical to find out it wasn’t not staffed and closed! I tried calling, left several voicemails and no one calls back!! I checked using the EANW general phone number and I get a back to where I started. What is wrong with EANW that they can’t be bothered to post that this optical is closed!!! Where is customer- patient services?

Lost a contact a week ago and have been trying so hard to get in touch with anyone at Olympic View Optical (the optical shop attached to Eye Associates Northwest in Ballard) to order a new set of contacts. I've never tried harder in my life to get someone to take my money, have left probably 20 messages at this point and have gotten one call back the whole time. I've finally given up and asked for my order to be transferred to another location, and am still (4 days later) trying to get a confirmation from anyone that this has gone through. Incredibly disappointing service, especially when I've been asking for a rush delivery because of an upcoming trip. Have had great experiences with them prior to this, but this experience has soured me completely on both the optical department and Eye Associates Northwest as a whole. We will be taking our business elsewhere after I finally put a period at the end of this (hopefully today!). Wish me luck.
