Nevin was awesome. He made a copy of a Toyota Tundra ignition (non-transponder) key. All around, very knowledgeable and friendly. It's great to have a local neighborhood store like that in Belltown.

I took an old desk lock in to see if I could have it replaced since I'd acquired it second hand and didn't receive any keys for it. Brian took my order and told me to leave the lock with him then Lars followed up letting me know they'd be in touch on the outcome. After getting back Lars informed me that it was an older, unique lock and that although they couldn't replace it they could make keys for it, I was relieved by that information and after three day picked up the keys and installed the lock on my desk and am now able to secure my files thanks to the team at Watson Security! Good job guys!
