New Element Massage - Kreshenda Keith, LMP

I've been going to Kreshenda for 11yrs and she's amazing. I've tried other places for last minute needs a few times, but it's all been garbage in comparison.

I've been to many massage therapists around Seattle over the years and by far Kreshenda is one of the best! She took time to find out where my problem areas were and focused her time and energy on those spots. She's very knowledgeable in massage and has a cute little studio. She also has waxing services, which I haven't tried but I've heard she's great. I highly recommend her!

I had given up on anyone trying to help my broken body. Admittedly, it's my fault I'm broken. (you know, because slightly chubby, smokers who don't get much of a workout besides lifting the remote are TOTALLY the picture of health...) HOWEVER. I had been working to fix my badness and get my body to a point I could go back to dance. I tried 4 different massage therapists after the chiropractor steered me towards massage. Kreshenda was kind of my last hope. The other men and women I had seen were either dirty hippies, or creepy "let me read your aura" dudes.
