Forget about the bad reviews. There are hardworking people there that really do care about your medical and dental care. You just have to be patient with the process because they are swamped with work. There are a lot of folks that just can't afford to spend a lot of money on medical and dental bills. So, call and book an appointment on the phone, or just go there yourself and be done with it. Leave the preconceptions.

I had a walk in appointment,. I was there all day,. I understand being a standby does not guarantee me being seen. But when I got in they took care of me very well. I really like Dr. Elsie Nguyen.. she and her assistant are great

Usually have a great experience here, but I just called a few minutes ago to schedule an appointment for my son and I person on the phone was extremely rude from the beginning of the phone call to the end . When I asked to repeat the date of my appointment, he repeated it so slow like I was stupid and then hung up on me after I said, "thank you so much"He had an attitude from the beginning of the call even though I was trying to be extremely nice. I honestly don't want to deal with front desk employees like that so next timgoing to high point location.There is no reason I should have to call my medical office and feel belittled and stupid.
