Elizabeth is the absolute BEST!!!! Her knowledge and skill are unparalleled, and she has tremendously helped the healing of my spine and related muscular structure. The aesthetic of the space is calming with rich, dark colors and meaningful art and decor. The office is always impeccably clean and it smells so good! She puts this minty stuff on your neck at the end-- it's the best!! Her manner is gracious, professional and always kind, 10 stars!!!

If I could give Elizabeth 10 stars, I would! I began seeing her when I was pregnant for prenatal massage and it was a great gift to myself. She helped me ease many aches and pains and made my pregnancy much more comfortable. I also went in to see her a couple weeks after giving birth, bringing my newborn with me. My baby was fussy and Elizabeth was wonderful helping to settle her while I relaxed during the massage. I was able to feed my baby and receive a healing massage at the same time - something I truly wish all new mothers could experience!! Simply said, Elizabeth Moncure is an incredible massage therapist. Her natural intuition, deep knowledge of the body, and 15+ years of experience is obvious on the table. She does a wonderful job of checking in at the beginning of the session to ensure that she’s understanding your needs/goals. I love well-applied deep pressure, and she’s able to exert that beautifully. Simultaneously, I appreciate her encouragement for communication, checking in, and cuing when she can sense us working through a difficult area.
