We’ve now worked with Model Remodel twice, and both experiences have been excellent. About two years ago, they transformed our low-ceiling finished attic into an entirely new primary suite and floor. More recently, we brought them back to remodel our kitchen and bathroom—and the project came in under budget and ahead of schedule.
What we appreciate most about MRM is how personal the finished spaces feel. April, Kat, and Morgan helped us create a kitchen and bathroom that are completely unique to our home and our tastes, while still being highly functional. I can confidently say no one else has spaces exactly like ours.
We have worked with Model Remodel on two major projects over the years: first, converting our attic into a beautiful loft space with a primary bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet, and later remodeling our kitchen and lower-level bathroom. Both experiences were outstanding.
What impressed us most was their process, communication, and attention to detail. The entire team was professional, organized, and easy to work with from planning through completion. A special thank you to our foreman, Rohn, who consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and took exceptional care throughout the project.
