I had asked to get my haircut a little bit short but maintain the style. Proceeds to basically shave my head down to my skull with a little wisp at top. Also the chair is faced away from the mirror so can’t look at what she is cutting until the end of the cut. But by then it was already too late.

I’ve been coming here for years but the quality of haircuts has diminished markedly of late. Tonight, I specifically asked for 0.5 guard to be used, like I do every single time, but for some reason she chose on her own to use a 2 instead which barely trimmed anything off. On top of that, she charged me for a full cut when for years everyone else here has charged me the proper buzz cut rate. The turnover of employees here is quite high and the quality of haircuts consequently quite low. Time to look elsewhere I guess.

I’ve been going here for two years. They are wonderful people. The format is a classic barber, you wait for them to finish cutting hair of people who got there before you, then it’s your turn ( no appointments ). I usually end up waiting about 10 minutes and my haircut takes about 20 minutes. They produce consistent results that are just as good as the what I got from fancy salons.

Always gives good relatively reasonably priced haircuts. I have been going to Tena and Sylvia, the owner for 25 years and we always have great discussions as she does her work. Quality of work is customer focused
