Lotus Yoga has been fantastic for my mental health during COVID. They very quickly and effectively transitioned to Zoom classes and have been consistent and reliable with their class offerings. The teachers are attentive to the students needs and are continuously improving the quality of the classes, from instruction to technology issues. In the 9+ months I have been with them, I haven't had a teacher cancel classes or had any sign up issues. Payment and sign ups can be done online and you automatically get a Zoom link in your email. I have been going to Lotus yoga for over ten years a Nd really live the place. The main teacher Maia has an excellent all levels sustainable class for those of us who are aging and adjusting to changing conditions. All ages attend this Saturday morning class and it has become a community to me. I have liked every sub we have had during Maia’s absences. The style of yoga is called slow flow and it’s perfect for me and many others.
