I highly recommend Lifestyle for chiropractic care. I have worked with them for several years on various issues including knee pain, back pain, injuries from snowboarding and running. There are many things I appreciate about their approach. First, it is effective. They don’t advise me to come for more than is needed and always respect if I need to pull back on frequency. They use pre and post data to show actual progress. They incorporate sports therapy, which does so much in terms of providing relief from discomfort to educating on more healthy and effective ways to engage in activities to prevent future injury. I’ve had an outstanding experience with Lifestyle Chiropractic. Their team provides excellent chiropractic care and sports therapy that has truly helped me recover from injuries more quickly. What really sets them apart is their holistic and preventative approach — they don’t just treat the issue, they also give you targeted exercises to help prevent future injuries.

As someone who has had multiple providers throughout most of my life, this has been some of the best treatment I've ever received.
