Dr. Wolf is truly the best. She has worked with us and our reactive Frenchie for the past five years, providing exceptional care. The entire staff is always accommodating and friendly, and they consistently assist with filing our insurance after each visit. We feel incredibly fortunate to have such high-quality care.

My dog is a new patient at Lien and despite what other reviews say, I see no faults with the clinic.
We recently moved from out of state and transferring medical records from my previous vet to Lien was a simple process.
My 18 month old dog needed routine vaccinations and an annual checkup. Dr. Wood was very gentle and thorough with her exam. When she entered the room, both my dog and I were on the floor playing and she knelt down to meet us there. She gave my dog treats that I brought throughout the exam when he started to get shy and she was able to answer all of my questions.
The techs were also gentle and knowledgeable. They reminded me what to look out for in case I thought my dog was reacting poorly to the meds. So far he is doing great!
I will continue to use Lien for my dog's needs.

zero stars for crap customer service, disrespectful front desk staff, personalities match their dark grey scrubs. Under previous ownership you were treated like family. Back after a couple of years post covid, got a major run around regarding vital meds that my animal ultiamtely went without, gave me all sorts of reasons/excuses/misinformation/lack of information (which is even scarier) rote script answers. I work in the field so I am aware when someone is not being transparent or doesn't know what they are doing. Not going back and will not recommend. I sat in the parking lot talking to another long term customer who is also moving his care elsewhere for same, crap customer service. Can't look you in the eye nor say thank you. Jeez

Easy sign in. Vet was great with my reactive dog and technician was kind too. Got good service, annual review, a vaccine and nail trim.
