Kayla is a great trainer! She is very detailed to be sure you get your posture correct when doing various exercises which assures that you get the most of them. And she is perpetually happy and in good spirits which makes it all go that much faster! Just an overall good person to lead the class.

The class exercises do a great job of pushing and developing all the muscles in my body. They are fun, challenging and rewarding, and Kayla does a great job of demonstrating each exercise, and coaching me to do them correctly.
