Called to inspect our attic when I had concerns that recent work might have disturbed something, but couldn't narrow it down to one system that may have had the issue. Karl responded to my inquiry quickly and offered a very thorough inspection of the attic and roof systems to ensure all areas where work had been done were intact. In the end everything was just as it should be, but it was great to get that peace of mind and learn a few things about our attic ventilations systems while we were at it!

Not only is Karl exactly what you need in an inspector (prompt, thorough, and a clear communicator) he also genuinely wants the best for his clients. His report was extensive, easy to understand, and included helpful questions to ask the seller. He was even able to generate the report quickly to help us make an informed decision by a tight deadline. While on site, he was friendly and respectful, took the time to answer questions from multiple members of our family, and was able to give us grounded perspective as first-time home buyers. We very much enjoyed working with Karl and would use him again in a heartbeat!
