Have always had a great experience with KeyMe…as well as their customer service. My last order had one key that was as close to the original as possible, from what I could see, but after numerous tries…it just wouldn’t open the door that I purchased it for.I let the good folks at KeyMe know, and the next time I opened my email…which, I believe was less than an hour or two after my message to them….I had a full refund for the non-working key!!Heading to the KeyMe kiosk within the next few days to get even more replacements…why wouldn’t I?

Just needed a basic key right away and the kiosk was super easy to use and made my key in minutes. My only suggestion would be more color keys available right away. Would recommend and use again.

I was locked out of my house grabbing things for work, I had a biddy drop me off at a store and I remembered using this machine to make copies of my house key, on a prayer I logged in and to my surprise I could make a copy of my house key from the memory of the machine. I confidently say keyMe saved me. Cheers!
