The best health care experience of my life. I had cataract surgery with Dr. Ingrid Tina Chang. It meant several appointments to measure my eyes, and to talk with me while I made up my mind! Surgery was in Bellevue, then more quick checks with Dr. Chang in the weeks after surgery. All the staff were efficient and kind. I wish Dr. Chang could be my physician, head to toe! She is kind, calming, patient, everything we hope for in a physician. Thank you Dr. Chang and staff!

Dr. Ingrid Chang is my opthomologist and I honestly would give her and her staff 10 stars if I could. She did a bilateral cataract removal on me and it is life changing. Her staff responded to my messages within the hour and just gave me so much support. Cannot thank then all enough. Life changing. If any of you are worried or scared about this surgery, don't wait. Life. Changing.

Yes, unfortunately, this place is a scam. They are trying to charge me for a routine (annual) eye exam. They claim it is only $30 after the deductible is paid, but before the deductible they want to charge $300! What a trap. They also tried to charge me $42 for sitting down with the eyewear lady inside the store! Take your money down the street to Hour Eyes (where I went before we switched insurance to Kaiser). At least they are honest.
