Our home needed window replacement in multiples by Anderson window co. Due to our home exterior construction with EFIS we needed a contractor specializing in professional repair. They recommended Joseph and Jefferson and son Inc. They assembled scaffolding and performed cut outs surrounding the windows allowing installation of new windows from the old vinyl and then returned for a weeks worth of repair and finish EFIS and texture. They did an excellent excellent job of sealing and repairing the exterior wall integrity with a very close match to the recently painted exterior original wall condition. Julian was great, he was very respectful and prompt. He also showed up in the work van early and waited until 8 AM. After the painting was completed, one can see the repaired area, but I suppose that's not uncommon with older homes. All in all, a good experience.
