We had a very good experience with the design coordinator and the installer. Everything went smoothly and our blinds are beautiful. Both the design coordinator and the installer were very friendly and professional.

I ordered my blinds through Costco and Graber. Kay was great, gave me choices, advice and time to decide. I then changed the order twice before it went into production, and I still got them earlier than expected. Install for twelve blinds was done in less than an hour from unloading at front door, to driving out the driveway. Jet City was great!

We called a couple of providers of blinds but were looking for a more personal approach and then we discovered that Costco used Jet City Blinds. A knowledgeable young man came to measure and show us a huge selection of materials for the Roman shades we desired. The finished product was ready well within the time they said it would be and the installation was smooth and without issue with a very nice and respectful man. Our new blinds, in our new build, look amazing and function exactly as we had hoped. They look so good in every room and offer the sun/light control just as anticipated.
