Raman and team did a series of medium-sized sorely needed projects for us, including new rooftop deck with corrected slope and waterproofing, new tongue and groove cedar front porch and proper weatherproofing, and basically a rebuild and re-roof of our front porch soffit/roof.
The entire process from initial contact and estimate to final walkthrough and change order review was excellent. Their price estimates were very competitive and Raman is deeply outcome focused, ensuring the end result is what we discussed and expected, all in a timely manner. This company impressed me every day as they removed my old deck and replaced it with new decking and railing materials.
The workers showed up every day and completed the project on time. From building to clean up, they were very detailed and did a very professional job. The price was exactly what was quoted and was very competitive with other bids I received. I was kept up to date on the progress and the project manager, Raman, was a very good communicator. Did a great job repairing our deck and painting our railings. Project turned out better than I expected, from the thickness and look of the layers of waterproofing material to the clean lines of the paint. Much better than our previous version, and the crew worked long hours to get the project done while weather permitted
