Came in from out of town for a wedding. My sister and I were so lucky to have Mona do our nails. She was so professional and meticulous in her work. I would go back to Mona at InSpa UVillage any and every time. I don’t like gel, but the regular polish she did looks like gel. She’s that good!
Helen is always diligent and focused on having my nails perfect. She’s gentle and professional. I always look forward to coming in when I get to see Helen. She’s an expert on fixing little ingrown nails.
I have seen Gwyn for waxing (brow, lip, Brazilian), facials, and now microneedling for the last maybe 10 years. As long as she works at InSpa I will never go anywhere else!!
Gwyn is of course skilled technically, but also a lovely practitioner. She treads my skin like I’m her own daughter—whether that’s adjusting to my skin’s needs that day, recommending products that might work for me, and understanding when product recs are not needed.
I’ve done 3 facials at U Village Skin Spirit…if both were free I’d choose Gwyn at InSpa over anyone at Skin Spirit. Better care, no sales push.
