A colleague of mine recommended this place to me over a year ago, as I felt I wasn’t getting a thorough enough exam at another West Seattle location. Dr. Chhim is kind, thoughtful, and takes the time to explain her process. I learned things that my previous optometrist never mentioned. And her amazing staff explain what frames are covered under your insurance too! I knew how much I was going to pay upfront and that made the buying process easier. I recently went in last minute, due to concerns that there was something in my eye. Even though she didn’t find anything amiss, she didn’t make me feel silly for coming in. Clean very nice staff understanding. Wish maybe a little more selection on kids glasses but other than that I think I'll be returning for further help with me and my daughters horrible eye sight lol
Genuinely a great experience. They explained every step, not pushy about extra charges. VERY PROMPT. This has been one of the best eye appointments I’ve had in a very long time.They don’t have a ton of frame selections but the ones they do have are very stylish.The staff and doctor are wonderful and efficient!
