Elisha is the best tailor I’ve worked with in Seattle and this is one of the best dry cleaning establishments from coast to coast. Compares favorably with white glove establishments in NYC. Can’t recommend Helena’s and Elisha highly enough. For example, Elisha discovered that a vintage Brioni suit jacket I picked up actually had vents that had been sewn up—I would never have known. A spectacular jacket returned to its full glory!
I am so glad I found them. They are fast and thorough. They noticed pilling and offered to clean that up. I was really grateful. My sweater is like new. I love that they are environmentally friendly and give you the option of no plastic. The kiosk is easy to use and accessible after hours. And although i haven’t used the service, I like that they have a tailor on site.
The best dry cleaner in Seattle!. I wouldn’t trust my special items with anyone else. I’m impressed with their easy to use drop off and pick up system. They also do a wonderful job pressing shirts and complicated pleats.
