This place really feels like a spa now I will be looking forward to hair appointments like never before . New to town didn’t know who to trust with my curls but Lisa left me with beautiful coloured and styled hair !
Brought my 5 year old grand daughter in for a curly hair hair cut. Lisa was wonderful. She listened carefully to what we were asking for and offered her own advice and suggestions for curly hair which was very helpful. A little pricey for a child's haircut but for the advice, cut and specializing in curly hair it was absolutely worth it. We will definately be returning in the recommended 5 months.
I've used Haven for years and have found a stylist there that was one of my favorites. Unfortunately, Haven is using a booking process that requires all credit card and address information, which is not something I am comfortable with for a hair cut. After discussing this with my hair stylist, she offered to provide a more direct option without going through a third party (which protects stylists against lost revenue due to last minute cancellations). I am impressed by Sara's customer service. Thank you!
