Mattea did such a great job teaching yoga sculpt! That was my first class of it, and it was hard, but she knew exactly what she was doing, and her guidance and encouragement kept me going for a great workout! She is amazing!

hauteyoga and shefayoga are truly some of the best yoga studios in Seattle. The classes are strong, thoughtful, uplifting, and full of incredible energy. The teachers bring so much heart, knowledge, and intention into the room, and you leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and more connected.

Morgan is one of the teachers who makes the studio especially inspiring. Her presence, playlists, knowledge of movement and alignment, and the way she shows up for the community are such a gift. I’m so grateful for this space and everything it brings to Seattle’s yoga community
