You should definitely check out this studio if you are into a no-nonsense yoga practice. I recently attended Bob's 5:30 PM Thursday class, and it was truly one of the best I've experienced. Notably, Ki, the other instructor, actively participated alongside us while Bob provided hands-on assistance. What set Bob's class apart was his skill in guiding me to explore deeper into my poses. He offered cues, encouraging adjustments, and moments to reassess, allowing me to find new depths in my practice. Really awesome spot for yoga enthusiasts of all Ages and levels! Bob and Ki do a fantastic job of catering to your specific needs and are extremely knowledgeable in not just Yoga but physiology and philosophy of the practice .. spending half their year in Bali and having lived for prolonged times in India and guam they bring a well traveled, interesting and enthusiastic tone to your practice! Cant recommend them enough.
